Se gradu\u00f3 en Medicina en la Universidad Federal del Tri\u00e1ngulo Mineiro (1990), Tiene Maestr\u00eda en Medicina (Salud Mental) en la Universidad de S\u00e3o Paulo (1998), Doctorado en Medicina (Salud Mental) en la Universidad de S\u00e3o Paulo (2002) y Post-Doctorado en la Universidad de Manchester \u2013 Inglaterra (2003). Actualmente es Profesor Doctor de la Facultad de Medicina de Ribeir\u00e3o Preto.<\/p>\n

Tiene experiencia en el \u00e1rea de Medicina \u2013 Psiquiatr\u00eda, con \u00e9nfasis en neuroimagen y psicofarmacolog\u00eda, actuando principalmente en los siguientes temas: esquizofrenia, antipsic\u00f3ticos, epilepsia del l\u00f3bulo temporal y t\u00e9cnicas de neuroimagen estructural y funcional.<\/p>\n
